We are located in an area subject to the responsible tourism regulations of the Balearic Islands. From November 2025 to March 2026 we will be carrying out improvement works on the building: we will increase the number of lifts, open a new 120 m² functional gym with a bike room and renovate balconies and façades, which means there will be scaffolding in some areas and possible noise between approximately 09:00 and 18:00.
