Restaurant Embat
On the island of Mallorca, the difference in temperature between the Mediterranean Sea and the island itself creates an atmospheric phenomenon during the sunlit hours of the day: a sea breeze that blows from the water towards the land, known as the Embat.
Embat is the surge… the crash of the waves against the boat… the advance of the water towards the shore. Embat is that wind that blows from sea to land.
And Embat also aims to be that same surge from sea to shore, from our kitchen to your palate.
Embat Restaurant will be closed from January 11 to February 12, 2026. If you are staying with us during those dates, please ask at reception for alternative options.
