Restaurant Embat

On the island of Mallorca, as a result of the difference in temperature between the Mediterranean Sea and the island itself, an atmospheric phenomenon occurs as a wind blowing from sea to land during the sunny hours of the day, known as Embat.   Embat is the battering… The crash of the waves against the boat… The wave’s break towards the shore. Embat is that wind from sea to land.   And Embat is also intended to be that blow from sea to land, from our kitchen to your palate…
The Restaurant/Bar will be closed until approximately 9/03/2025.
