À la carte restaurant, from Sea to Land

In the island of Majorca, as a consequence of the different temperatures between the Mediterranean Sea and the island, there is an atmospheric phenomenon – a shock produced by the heat of a sunny day in contact with the sea breeze from sea to land – known  as ‘embat’.

‘Embat’ is the onslaught… the blow of the waves against the boat… the advance of the waves towards the shore. ‘Embat’ is that wind from sea to land.

And Embat also pretends to be that sea-to-shore blow with which our kitchen pretend to invade your senses…
