FAQs
Vistasol Magaluf
1. How often are the apartments cleaned?
Standard cleaning takes place on the third, sixth and ninth days of your stay. This includes a towel change, cleaning of the bathroom, and basic maintenance of the apartment. If you would like additional services, please let us know at reception.
2. What are the rules on co-existence and behaviour?
All guests are asked to observe the designated “quiet hours”, behave considerately, and take care of the communal facilities in an effort to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.
3. What is the place like in summer?
During the peak season Magaluf is a lively area known for its vibrant nightlife. This is ideal for those who seek precisely that, but it’s worth bearing in mind if you would prefer complete peace and quiet.
4. What does the apartment include?
The apartments are equipped with towels, a full set of crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker/kettle and everything you need for a comfortable stay, as well as a terrace and living areas.
5. What are the spa opening hours and how does it operate?
The spa is open to guests during the hours displayed at reception and closes on Mondays and Thursdays for maintenance. We recommend booking your session in advance.
6. Is there construction noise in winter?
During the low season renovation work may be carried out in the hotel and in the Magaluf area, which may cause occasional noise. We endeavour to minimise any inconvenience and inform guests in advance.
